In essence the consultation is a chance for us to get to know each other. We would look to discuss any concerns or issues that you may have, and also what you are looking to achieve - a target or goal. This goal is specific to each client and could be anything from aesthetic goals like shifting belly fat, toning up bingo wings, muscle gain to performance goals such as increasing your 5k run speed, improving your bench press etc. We can then assess how best Next Level Fitness can help you achieve that goal/target. We would also take a look at other important aspects of a training lifestyle such as nutrition, rest, stress management etc. Any injuries or health related problems you may have encountered and essentially have a friendly Q&A discussion so we have a clear goal of what each other is about and how we can work together. The duration of the consultation is usually 45mins to an hour, but it can be longer depending on the needs of the client.
